QUALIFIED ENTRANT. Timeline contest is open to residents of British Columbia. Employees, contractors and contributors of MyHealthyGut, as well as family and household members of same who reside at the same address are not eligible to participate.
HOW TO ENTER. No Purchase Required. Entrants may enter the contest once via Facebook & once via Instagram.
Entrant and Entry must meet all Contest Conditions as outlined herein. Entry and/or Entrant not meeting Contest Conditions will be disqualified and prize will be forfeited. Facsimiles, copies or entries received by mail will be disqualified.
CONTEST PERIOD. The Contest Period runs from 9:30am PST on December 16, 2019 and closes at 11:59pm PST on December 22, 2019. All users who have followed rules and regulations as outlined on Instagram and Facebook post, will be entered into a random draw for the prize. Selected winner will be given 24-hours from the time of notification to claim their prize by responding to message. If prize is not claimed within 24 hours, MyHealthyGut will re-draw from entries and a new winner will be drawn.
DRAW PRIZE. Four prize packs will be given away with each prize pack containing:
- Two tickets to the Vancouver Gluten Free Expo on January 11 & 12.*
- Free Subscription to MyHealthyGut app**
- Signed copy of Eat More Plants***
*Prize does not include travel to and from the Expo. It is admission to Expo only and cannot be exchanged for cash value.
**Free subscription code will delivered to winner at MyHealthyGut booth at the Gluten Free Expo and will be active for as long as MyHealthyGut is active in Apple Store. It cannot be exchanged for cash.
***Eat More Plants cookbook will claimed by winner visiting our booth at the GlutenFreeExpo. Prize will not be mailed out and can only be collected by visiting MyHealthyGut booth at Gluten Free Expo Vancouver.
MyHealthyGut is not responsible for shipping or mailing prizes and all prizes must be claimed in person at the show. Winner is responsible for collection of the prize and may be required to present valid photo identification. Failure to claim prize will result in disqualification of the winner, and prize will become the property of the Contest Producers.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to let MyHealthyGut use their photo and name for marketing purposes in relation to this contest.
OTHER CONDITIONS. Contest Producers reserve the right to substitute any prize or portion thereof with one of equal or greater value. Prizes must be accepted as awarded. In making the prize available to a Winning Entrant, the Contest Producers make no representations or warranties whatsoever, either expressed or implied, oral or written, in respect to any prize.
By entering, all contestants release and agree to hold harmless, MyHealthyGut and any company affiliated with MyHelathyGut employees and agents of all such parties and any prize suppliers (collectively, the “RELEASED PARTIES”) from and against any and all liability for any injuries, damages to persons (including death), damages to personal property or any other loss whatsoever (collectively “LOSSES”) caused directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by the contestant’s participation in the contest, including but not limited to Losses arising from: (a) the contestant’s acceptance, use or misuse of any prize awarded in the contest; (b) any act or omission made by any Released Party, third party (including any other Contestant) or the contestant himself / herself; (c) any latent or apparent defect or condition in any equipment used in the contest; (d) any previous medical condition of the contestant; (e) the administration of any first-aid, medical or emergency treatment or other services rendered to the contestant; and/or (f) the consumption of food or drink by the contestant.
Contest Producers are not responsible for lost, misplaced, misdirected, illegible or damaged entries, or entries submitted after the contest deadline. Contest Producers may at their sole discretion alter, amend, suspend, or cancel this contest or amend the Contest Conditions at any time. Decisions of Contest Producers are final. Contest Producer has the right to publish the name, location and recent photograph of a winner without remuneration. All Entrants must meet and comply with all Contest Conditions. Failure to do so will result in immediate disqualification and prize forfeit.
